Your presentation is processed to convert and share it. Camera gestures run on your device. We do not add advertising trackers or use presentations to train AI models.

Who we are

AirClicker is operated by Reblika Software BV in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the personal information we process to operate this service. Contact us at privacy@airclicker.app for privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle and why

• Presentations: the uploaded file, filename, slides, speaker notes, embedded media, converted output and technical conversion information. We use these to provide the conversion, sharing and offline-download features you request.
• Optional email: an address entered in the upload form is stored with the deck for service-related contact. Providing it is optional. The current release does not send automatic conversion emails or marketing messages.
• Protection and pairing: password hashes, temporary unlock sessions and phone-remote session data, including the current slide and timer state.
• Technical information: request details, IP addresses and diagnostic logs used to deliver the service, limit abuse and investigate problems. Our hosting provider also handles connection and infrastructure information.

We process information necessary to provide the service you request on the basis of performing our agreement with you. Security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting rely on our legitimate interests in keeping the service reliable and protecting users. We also process information when required by law. For content containing other people's personal data, uploaders must have an appropriate lawful basis and provide any required notices; agreement to our terms does not replace those obligations.

Camera, gestures and browser storage

Camera access is optional and starts only when you enable gestures and grant browser permission. Camera frames and hand tracking are processed locally; AirClicker does not upload or record them. We do not request microphone access. Stop the camera or revoke its browser permission at any time.

A necessary cookie remembers access to a password-protected deck for up to 12 hours. When you choose a language, a preference cookie remembers it for up to one year. Without a saved choice we use your browser's language preference; we do not look up your location. Local browser storage remembers settings such as gesture assignments, hold timing and your motion preference until you clear it. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies in the app.

Who can see a presentation

An unprotected link can be used by anyone who receives it. A protected deck requires its password. A paired phone can see the slides and notes through its temporary session link. Recipients can retain copies, and downloaded offline files open without a password. Deleting a hosted deck cannot remove copies already downloaded by others.

Service providers and international processing

Railway hosts the application, converted files and database. Cloudflare provides DNS, the www redirect and email forwarding. Messages sent to our contact addresses are forwarded to our company contact inbox hosted by Google Gmail. These providers process the connection details and message content needed for their services. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded content for advertising.

AirClicker is operated by a Dutch company; that does not mean all processing takes place in the EU. Railway is a US provider and its infrastructure or support may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing terms describe available transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about arrangements applicable to your data. We do not claim EU-only hosting.

How long information is kept

• Source uploads: removed after conversion completes or fails. Files left by interrupted jobs are removed during service recovery.
• Converted decks and associated information: kept to make the share link available. This release has no automatic deck expiry and no self-service delete button. Request deletion using the address below. Hosting may also end if the service or link is withdrawn; this is not a backup service.
• Phone sessions: expire after four hours, when ended by the presenter, or when the service restarts.
• Unlock sessions: access expires after 12 hours; expired server records are cleared during subsequent unlock activity.
• Browser preferences: remain on your device until you change or clear them. Technical logs and provider backups are subject to the provider's retention arrangements; a deletion request may require separate handling of those copies.

We retain information needed to handle a request or meet a legal obligation only for as long as that purpose requires.

Your rights and requests

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email privacy@airclicker.app and include the relevant presentation link. Please do not send your presentation password. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. We normally respond within one month and will explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data protection authority.

Updates

We will update this notice as the service changes and show the revision date above. Significant new processing purposes will be explained before they begin.
