AirClicker is a free tool for converting and sharing presentations. Always keep your original files and a separate backup. A share link is not permanent storage.
1. Who provides AirClicker
AirClicker is provided by Reblika Software BV, Rotterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use AirClicker. By choosing Convert, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy notice explains how information is handled.
2. A free service, with practical limits
The current service is free and provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular conversion result, permanent hosting, backup, or recovery of lost files. Features may be in beta. Review every converted presentation before relying on it, including its fonts, layout, videos and speaker notes.
Keep your source presentation and download an offline copy if you need one. Do not rely on AirClicker as your only copy, or as the only way to access a presentation for an important event. These statements do not remove obligations we must meet under applicable law.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to receive, convert, store and deliver it only as needed to operate the service and follow your sharing instructions. Upload only files you are entitled to process and share, including any personal data, images, video and other material inside them.
Do not use AirClicker for unlawful content, infringement, malware, abuse, attempts to access other people's files, or disruption of the service. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security issues or legal requirements.
4. Sharing, passwords and deletion
Anyone with an unprotected share link can open the presentation. Password protection is optional. Keep links, passwords and phone-pairing QR codes private when appropriate. Recipients may download or copy content, including speaker notes. Downloaded files are not password protected, and we cannot recall copies held by recipients.
There is no guarantee that a link will remain available. Files or links may become unavailable because of failures, maintenance, abuse controls or changes to the free service. We will give reasonable notice of a planned service shutdown where practicable. You can request removal of a hosted deck using the contact details below.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Reblika Software BV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or business interruption resulting from use of or inability to use AirClicker. To the same extent, we exclude liability for lost, corrupted or unavailable files, incomplete conversions and unsuccessful recovery. Maintaining independent backups and checking converted output remain your responsibility.
These exclusions do not apply where the law does not allow them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, restricts mandatory consumer rights, limits rights or compensation under data protection law, or removes any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for future use of the service. The version published when you upload applies to that upload; material changes will be made clear before they apply. A future paid offering would require separate agreement.
Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, mandatory law applies in its place and the other provisions continue to apply where legally possible.
